It's Friday

That means weigh day for me. I dropped 1/2 a pound. It's a drop. I didn't work hard at it this week like I have been. Time to get back to the grind stone. I work a short week next week so no excesses. I will be writing up a new meal plan with no sweets and 6 meals a day. I hope to do well next week. I have my eyes set on my goal. Time to reach for them. Even with all my baby steps. Time to go clean my moms. Have a great day everyone! :)

  1. Kathy, do not give up. You are just beginning this and although it seems like the road is long, it will be worth it. I promise. Just take it one day at a time and keep up the exercise. I like your no sweets plan. It's good for us all from time to time to take a vacation from the bad stuff.
