Day 2 I will say

Well, I did not over eat today. Yet I did not spread out my calories. Today was breakfast smoothy and dinner. So, I am going to work on that tomorrow. And, I am done eating for tonight. Took the trip to the grocery store and hope to not go back this week. I have planed my meal and when I am going to cook them snacks and all. I did 20 minutes of cardio today. 10 on the elliptical and 10 on the bike. Yeah burned some calories! Tomorrow going to walk with Shane or do some weights. Most likely weights. I pray for the will power. I know what I want and how to get it so here I go for my one day!  :) I hope everyone had a wonderful day and something brought them a smile as well. :) Talk to y'all later.


  1. that is great babe. Taking it one day at a time is the best approach for several reasons. First, it makes the task manageable. If you are managing the one day, not the whole task, then it is easier. Go baby go!

    Welcome to blogging! If you post every day for a month, even if you have nothing to say, it will help you get off to a better start. The idea of a food journal is great. Some people track online, but I have always put pencil to paper. And I love to look back and see how far I've come and how much I've learned.

  3. Welcome to the blogging world! My opinion is that will power is over-rated, because will power comes and goes. Make a plan, any plan is better than none. The plan will be there when your will is weak. You will get lots of support here.
