I know I didn't post on Friday. I was sad that I gained a half a pound back. That's Ok. Time to move forward. I have started a meal plain. I am really excited about it. Because you get a day off during the week. I chose Wednesday because that is when we have life group together. I did have one small slice of tasty pie yesterday. I am hoping to save the rest to share with life group on Wednesday. I plan to do Zumba on Monday and hit the gym a few times this week. With cleaning house today I am happy with the way the house looks. It makes it easier to concentrate on what needs to be done. Everyone have a great week! Talk to you soon!

That means weigh day for me. I dropped 1/2 a pound. It's a drop. I didn't work hard at it this week like I have been. Time to get back to the grind stone. I work a short week next week so no excesses. I will be writing up a new meal plan with no sweets and 6 meals a day. I hope to do well next week. I have my eyes set on my goal. Time to reach for them. Even with all my baby steps. Time to go clean my moms. Have a great day everyone! :)

I go to the gym today to get my workout. Witch I am excited about. But, was completly surprised by nutrition plan. I will still be planing my meals just a little better. Wish me luck on trying to figure out what I am going to eat now. It seems simple to figure out. I am sad that there are no sweets at all not a one. At least I still get to have some pasta. So, being me that is so great. Still get to have my smoothies after my workout. So happy dance there. She said if I stick with it and work hard at eating 6 meals a day I should start dropping those pounds. Hope everyone had a great day!

Well, it is time to get back to my plan. I missed the gym but I walked a little selling cookies with Lauren. I am excited today. My new washer and dryer are coming. The old one was time consuming with having to turn the dial so the water wouldn't over flow. So now less time paying attention to the washer and more moving around for me! Headed to church after my bowl of cereal. Everyone have a great day! ME :)

It's has been a few days. I had a few more snacks this week other then my plan. Tried to keep it to a minim. Added a little more to my workout til I get my whole workout at the gym at the beginning of next week. But, today was weigh day and I lost 2 pounds this week too. I am happy with that. I hope to stay on this track. I have been water all the way. And, making it to the gym and Zumba like I have planed. Now to cute out those unneeded snacks. I get a snack a day. Not 2 or 3. But, off to enjoy my Friday. Be back soon. ME :)

I did good at staying on my plan. Tomorrow is my asecimint at the gym I am not looking forward to it. But, I need to do it. I am doing my cardio and even upped it a minute on each machine tonight. Took Lauren with me she loves doing the cardio kids. They do the P90x video in there. It is hard not to get on the scale to see if any of this is working but I will wait til Friday like I always do. I have already made out nest weeks scheduled. What days I plan to work out and what I plan to eat during the day. I am looking forward to life group tomorrow. Even though I miss shorty when she doesn't get to come. We have a three day weekend to look forward to the whole family. I might take my plan to the gym with me tomorrow and see what they think. I like the foods I am eating and no seconds. Sometimes that is hard but I can do it. Talk to y'all later. ME:)

Just got back from Zumba at Mt. Olive. My arms are mad at me and burning. I forget how heavy they are until half way though the arms video. But, I made it without falling down. Me being a person that can not pat my head and rub my belly. That lady will have three things going at once and once I think I got it she changes. But, I will be there next week. It will get easier I am sure. Just keep moving just keep moving. Oh and I stuck to my food plan today. I am excited about that as well. I am feeling the burn right now. I am so excited my shorty comes with me. She did it tonight without to much fussing. I hope everyone had a great day! Be back tomorrow. :)

I know my days are off from New Years. But, I procrastinate. I work on that pretty often and try not to put things off. And, I like to be different. I stuck to my plan for today but did not lift weights. The garage is cold and I didn't want to go out there. I am going to Zumba @ the church on Monday. I hope that I don't fall. My two left feet really show. But, I keep moving and that counts. I made my spagetti with wheat pasta tonight and the challenge of not over portioning was kept. Now I am making tomorrows dinner that is chilli. It's going to simmer all night and day. Should be yummy. Just one bowl is going to be plenty. I had a good relaxing day today. Getting ready for a good week.

Well, I did not over eat today. Yet I did not spread out my calories. Today was breakfast smoothy and dinner. So, I am going to work on that tomorrow. And, I am done eating for tonight. Took the trip to the grocery store and hope to not go back this week. I have planed my meal and when I am going to cook them snacks and all. I did 20 minutes of cardio today. 10 on the elliptical and 10 on the bike. Yeah burned some calories! Tomorrow going to walk with Shane or do some weights. Most likely weights. I pray for the will power. I know what I want and how to get it so here I go for my one day! :) I hope everyone had a wonderful day and something brought them a smile as well. :) Talk to y'all later.

I have been back and forth on my diet. What I want to do and don't want to do. I know this is not instant. The put on seems like it was. Since my slow start I am a loss of 11 pounds. My first goal is to get under the 3. I haven't been there in a long time and it seemed out of reach. But, I am going to get there. And, I know God is helping me. He always does when I ask. I know the things that I don't need and the things I do. Just need some will power. So, back to the gym and Zumba on Monday night here I go. Might even start a food journal. I did make out a meal plan for the week for two reasons. I want to eat at home (less temptations) and I am cheap. I also like me food better. This week I am hoping to stick with my plan. And, maybe loss a little more.
