So, excited

I know I us that word a lot now. I guess because I am excited a lot now. Well, I lost 2.2lbs this week. Ran faster on the eliptcal today then I ever have. I am working hard at it. Sad that I am going to miss Zumba this week. But, I have a doctors appointment and a service unit meeting for Girl Scouts. I hope everyone's week is awesome this week. 6 small meals what fun. Eat snack eat snack Eat snack. That is my day. And, I am not hungry. I am loving it.
